1.根据英语课程教学大纲，负责阅读/文法的教学工作；
2.有针对性地负责不同学生的课外辅导与答疑、作业布置与批改、指导学生自习、组织学生参加学业评价(阶段测验、期中、期末考试、 学期补考、校内外统考、技能鉴定等)，并做好教学分析及数据整理工作；
3.配合其他老师进行与学生、家长的沟通协调，更好的帮助学生完成学业及综合素质的培养；
4.参与编制学期授课计划并积极备课，能够根据雅思/托福/SAT考试的要求及学生实际情况灵活调整日常教学计划；
5.根据学校需求，承担每周早读和晚自习值班任务，担任班主任和学生社团的指导老师；
6.积极参加学校组织的各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等活动，完成教研任务；

1. Be responsible for reading/grammar teaching according to the class syllabus and department curriculum;
2. Responsible for different studentscextra-curricular counseling and activities, assignments and grading, answering students questions (guidance), guidance of students' self-study, organization of students to participate in academic evaluations (stage test, mid-term and final exam, semester supplementary exam, integrated examinations inside and outside school, skill appraisal, etc.), and be proficient in teaching analysis and data collation;
3. Cooperate with other teachers to communicate and coordinate with students and parents so as to better help students complete their studies and cultivate their overall development (academic and personal).
4. Participate in the preparation of semester teaching plan and actively prepare lessons. Be able to flexibly adjust daily teaching plans according to outside testing requirements (IELTS/TOEFL/SAT) and students'actual ability.
5. According to the needs of the school, take on the duty of weekly morning reading and evening self-study, and act as a faculty advisor and instructor of some student associations;
6. Actively participate in various trainings, teaching and do research, lectures, conferences and other activities organized by the school to complete teaching and research tasks;
